Language Learning in Large Parameter Spaces
Abstract
Various theories of linguistics have proposed that the differ-ences among natural languages can be parameterized. Cer-tainly syntactic theories such as Principles and Parameters (Chomsky, 1981) assume the existence of such parameters.
